Our Biggest Sale Ever begins Thursday, October 23 at 10:00 AM!
We’ll be open regular hours after that, with new markdowns and great deals added as the sale continues.
Everything in the store must go — so shop early for the best selection!

| How long will the sale last? |
The sale will continue until everything is gone!
We encourage you to shop early — once items are sold, they’re gone for good.

| Will there be more markdowns later? |
Yes — but we won’t say when!
Prices will continue to be reduced until everything is sold. We’ll add new markdowns throughout the sale, so check back often for fresh deals and surprises!

| Can I still use my gift cards? |
Yes! All gift cards will be honored throughout the Retirement Sale.
We encourage you to use them soon, as they will no longer be valid once the store officially closes.

| Can I still use my rewards points? |
Yes! You can still redeem any existing rewards points during the Retirement Sale.
However, no new points will be earned after the sale begins.

| Are sales final? What about defects? |
All sales during the Retirement Sale are final.
If you experience a manufacturer’s defect, it will be handled directly by the manufacturer under their warranty or policy. We’re happy to help guide you through that process if needed.

| Can I still place special orders? |
Yes! We will continue to accept special orders for products during the Retirement Sale.

| What about Magic: The Gathering events? |
We’re still hosting our Magic: The Gathering Avatar Pre-Release Event as planned!
The fun continues even during our sale — check in-store or online for details and sign-up information.

| Are you still doing Community Game Nights? |
Yes! Our Community Game Nights are still happening!
The next one will be held on November 14 at Spotlight on Main.
We hope you’ll join us for an evening of fun, friends, and games!

| Will you still accept returns or layaways? |
No — all sales are final and we are no longer offering layaways.
If you happen to purchase something defective or incorrect, please speak with us and we’ll do our best to make it right with an exchange for an equal-value item.
