The retirement sale has wrapped up, and we're now fully in the reorganization and transition phase at The Hobbies Shop — turning the page toward VaultTrove powered by The Hobbies Shop! ?????
Here's a quick update on where things stand:
- Store is open and business as usual — Come in for your regular hobbies: models, kits, paints, puzzles, games, and more.
- We're reorganizing the space — Shelves are shifting, new card & singles sections are taking shape, and we're making the gaming areas even more welcoming.
- Transition support from Larry & Susan — They're still popping in regularly to help train the team, share decades of know-how, and make sure everything runs smoothly during this shift.
- Devon, Amy & family are on the ground — Hands-on every day, excited to keep the community spirit alive while adding fresh energy and new product lines.
A few things you can expect soon:
- Expanded trading cards & singles (Magic, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.)
- More structured game nights, tournaments, and open play
- Continued focus on the things that made this shop special: friendly tables, creative fun, and a place to belong
